Service Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel a service request before technician dispatch without any cancellation charges.
  • If the technician has already been assigned or dispatched, inspection or visiting charges may apply.

Inspection Charges

Inspection or visiting charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited the customer location and diagnosed the appliance issue.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may only be considered in cases where payment was made but service was not provided.
  • No refund will be provided after successful repair completion and customer approval.
  • Refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.

Spare Parts

Spare parts once installed or ordered specifically for a customer appliance are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Service Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather conditions, spare part availability, or unforeseen technical issues.

Payment Terms

  • Customers are requested to complete payment after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Advance payments, if any, may be adjusted against final service charges.
